1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and winpks ("winpks," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of all services offered through the winpks platform at winpks.net and any associated mobile applications or software.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing any bet, or accessing any part of the winpks platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the winpks platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the winpks Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and winpks. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless specifically stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the winpks platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on winpks. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. winpks strictly enforces this policy through CNIC-based age verification during the KYC process. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed.

2.2 Jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the winpks platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. winpks makes no representations that access to or use of the platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction. Players access the platform at their own risk and responsibility.

2.3 Capacity to Contract

By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, are not acting on behalf of a third party without proper authorisation, and are not subject to any legal or regulatory restriction that would prevent you from using the winpks platform.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of winpks services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC), Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address. You must keep this information current and notify winpks of any changes promptly.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player may hold only one registered account on the winpks platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single player — regardless of the name, email address, mobile number, device, or IP address used — is strictly prohibited. winpks reserves the right to merge duplicate accounts and void any bonuses or winnings associated with duplicate registrations.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winpks login credentials. You must not share your password, OTP codes, or account access with any third party. winpks will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 KYC Verification

winpks is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. The KYC process requires submission of: (a) a clear copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back); (b) proof of current address issued within the last three months; (c) proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. winpks reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend accounts pending successful KYC completion.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

winpks currently accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). winpks reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Players should refer to the cashier section of their winpks account for current deposit limits applicable to their account tier.

4.3 Deposit Processing

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to a player's winpks account instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take up to two hours to reflect on business days. winpks is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or mobile wallet provider.

4.4 Fund Source

By depositing funds into your winpks account, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the funds deposited and that those funds have been obtained through lawful means. winpks maintains strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures and may request evidence of the source of funds at any time.

5 Withdrawals & Payout Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the winpks account. winpks does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Successful completion of KYC verification is a prerequisite for all withdrawals.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

winpks targets the following withdrawal processing times for verified accounts: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes of approval during operational hours. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within four hours on business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits are applied on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and vary by account verification tier. Players should consult the cashier section of their winpks account for their current applicable limits.

5.4 Wagering Requirements Before Withdrawal

Players who have claimed a bonus must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal of bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus play. Withdrawal requests submitted whilst active wagering requirements remain outstanding will be held pending completion of the wagering obligation or will result in the forfeiture of the associated bonus and bonus-derived winnings.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Program

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

All bonuses and promotions offered by winpks are subject to individual terms that are published on each promotional page. Players must read and accept the specific terms of each promotion before opting in. winpks reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being credited to a player's account.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum bet sizes, maximum win caps, and expiry periods are stated on the relevant promotion page and vary by offer.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

winpks reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same offer multiple times through duplicate accounts, using irregular betting patterns designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk, or exploiting technical errors or loopholes in the platform.

6.4 VIP Program

The winpks VIP program operates on a tiered structure (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum). Tier progression is based on qualifying wagering activity. winpks reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP program or any player's VIP status at any time. VIP benefits are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred.

7 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

7.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on the winpks platform are final once confirmed by the system. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that bet details are correct before confirming a wager. winpks will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet except in cases of a demonstrable technical error on the part of the platform.

7.2 Palpable Errors

winpks reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by technical or human error ("palpable errors"). A palpable error includes odds that are manifestly out of line with the market price at the time the bet was placed. winpks will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players in a timely manner.

7.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game — including disconnection, game freeze, or software error — winpks will follow the relevant game provider's malfunction policy. Where it is not possible to determine the outcome of an interrupted game round, the bet amount will be returned to the player's balance. Winnings resulting from a malfunction or software error are void.

7.4 Maximum Win Limits

winpks applies maximum win limits on a per-game and per-session basis. These limits are published in the individual game information sections and in the winpks bonus terms. winpks reserves the right to cap exceptional wins where they result from exploiting a technical fault, unduly low theoretical house edge, or other non-standard game conditions.

8 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winpks platform:

• Registering multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of sports betting manipulation
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or platform vulnerabilities
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including systematic low-risk wagering to extract bonus value
• Depositing funds derived from criminal or fraudulent activity
• Using the platform in a manner that facilitates money laundering or terrorist financing
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the winpks platform or other players' use of it

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

winpks is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Online gaming is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a way to generate income or resolve financial difficulties. winpks actively promotes responsible gaming practices and provides tools to help players manage their activity.

9.2 Player Protection Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all winpks players and can be activated through account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced without a waiting period. Increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session duration limits. An alert will be displayed when the limit is reached, and the session will be terminated if the player does not choose to continue.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing time elapsed and net gaming activity during the current session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspensions of 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, 1 month, or 6 weeks, during which no deposits or bets may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion is irreversible for its designated duration. During self-exclusion, winpks will use reasonable efforts to prevent account access and marketing communications.

9.3 Age Verification

winpks maintains a strict minimum age of 21 years for all users. Age verification is conducted during the KYC process using CNIC documentation. winpks may suspend an account at any time if it has reason to believe the account holder may be underage, and will not process withdrawals pending verification.

10 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the winpks platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game software, data compilations, and software — is the property of winpks or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

winpks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the winpks platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the platform; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform; or use the winpks brand, logos, or trademarks in any manner without express prior written consent from winpks.

Any unauthorised use of winpks intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may be a criminal offence.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 No Warranties

The winpks platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. winpks does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winpks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the winpks platform, regardless of whether winpks has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 Player Responsibility

All gaming and betting activity on winpks is undertaken entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge that all games of chance involve an element of financial risk and that you may lose the funds you wager. winpks is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of your own gaming decisions.

12 Account Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by winpks

winpks reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated time; suspected fraudulent or illegal activity; or receipt of a regulatory directive.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the player, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting winpks support via live chat. Before closing, winpks will process any pending withdrawal requests for real-money funds. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of a player's account, the player's right to access the winpks platform immediately ceases. Any outstanding obligations under these Terms (including any debt owed to winpks) survive termination of the account.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which winpks holds its operating licence.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a player and winpks, the player should first contact the winpks customer support team via live chat or by email to [email protected]. winpks will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and within 14 business days of receiving a formal complaint.

13.3 Escalation

If a dispute cannot be resolved through winpks's internal complaints procedure, the matter may be escalated to the relevant external dispute resolution body as specified by the licensing authority under which winpks operates. winpks will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or dispute resolution process.

14 Amendments to These Terms

winpks reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the winpks platform.

Your continued use of the winpks platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the winpks platform and may request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.
